What do I do Sunday Morning?
Our Sunday Morning Schedule...
- 8:00-9:10 Sunday School 1st-5th Traditional Sunday School
- 9:30-10:40 Sunday School by grade Level 1st-5th with Large Group Worship Segment
- 11:00-12:10/End of Service Kids Time Grades K-2 and Sunday school for Grades 3-5.
What will we do at Sunday School?
Our 1st- 5th Grade Sunday School starts with small group time where students are greeted by their teachers and lead through warm up activities followed by stories straight from the Bible! The morning Bible story is brought alive through interactive games topped off with lively Bible skill and drill! As part of the 9:30 and 11:00 Sunday School hours, 1st-5th grades come together for a large group worship experience filled with songs, video clips, games and more. bvbcKids Sunday School has a place for you!
What is Kids Time?
During the 11:00 Service, kids K-2nd grade start in the 1st & 2nd grade Sunday School rooms, then come together to meet in the Kids Worship Room to Worship Kids’ Style! Activities include, fellowship, board games, songs, Bible story, video clip, large group games, and craft or activity. The Bible lesson often coincides with the lesson taught in Sunday School in support of better understanding and retention. Why do I go to Worship Service?
Children in grades 1-5 attend worship with their parents one hour and attend Sunday School one hour. It is our intention that children would sit with their parents to worship and learn God's word together. Children this age DO belong in church and they are WANTED in church. They are a thriving part of our church family.
