I was in a study many years ago at Vista Baptist, and the teacher taught us what TRUTH was.....then we studied every other "religion or belief" out there....and each time pointed it back to the TRUTH that we know from the scriptures. It was so powerful, because in other religions they certianly know what THEY BELIEVE (unfortunately it is wrong), but we have to know what others believe....so we can stand against those lies and show them our truth and why we believe like we do. That study was a big help to me in ministry work. It taught me what I BELIEVE and why.

I , too, am concerned about the generations that will follow. The passage of scripture II Tim. 2:2, speaks about taking the things Paul spoke and commit them to faithful men who shall be able to teach others. And in Eph. 4: 11-16, where it speaks about what we have been given and do not become children who are tossed to and fro from every wind of doctrine. We do need to know the TRUTH and then keep reminding others to see if it is truth or not......stay steadfast. So thank you for the message and boldness to share it with your congregation.
