Security Procedures
Because different people work with our children each hour on Sunday
morning, as well as other child care opportunities we have developed
WEE CARE CARDS. The cards are completed by parent/guardian to help in
caring for the needs of each child. The parent takes the "Name" card
upon leaving the child in the assigned room and returns it to teachers
before leaving with their child.
Pager Info for Parents...(used Sunday am, available Sunday pm and Wednesday evenings)
WHO will use them? One pager per family will be given in the
classroom that your youngest child attends. If your youngest child is
absent, please ask for a pager in the second youngest child's room.
WHAT will happen? It will make a small noise vibrating. Please keep it where it can be felt.
WHEN will I be paged? If your child is:
1) needing to nurse
2) sick
3) inconsolable for more than 10 minutes, without stop
4) injured/bleeding
5) acting our of character for your child
WHERE should I go? Come to the greeter desk in the Preschool Area.
Someone will meet you there and share why you have been paged, and
which room you are needed.
If your child should need you for reasons other than listed above, please let us know.
