International Commission - Piura, Peru
In the northwestern part of Peru, only 4 degrees from the equator, lies the city of Piura. It is nicknamed “La Primera Cindad” meaning “First City” due to the fact that it was the first city founded in South America by the Spanish Conquerors in 1532. It is steeped in rich history with several different people groups.
The Baptist Association of Piura has given International Commission the invitation to participate in an evangelistic project to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ to their city. A city of 400,000 people who need to hear the truth of the only Savior that is able to forgive them of their sin and provide eternal salvation.
There are 25 churches that have requested 40 North Americans to participate in this evangelistic project. Will you accept the call to be used by God in sharing your personal testimony and the Word of God to a people that are open to hear and receive? The people of Peru are hungry to hear the truth about Jesus Christ.
Come and be part of something great. Be a usable servant for the Lord in Piura, Peru. Contact Scott Mayse, 913-731-0539 ScottM@IC-World.org
