Has life always been this hectic? Can I truly balance work, church, sports, band, family, and more? Will I survive my kids going through the middle school, high school, and college years? These questions and more will be addressed in a time specially designed for you!
On Friday and Saturday, February 27-28, John and Angela Herrington (parents of four twenty-something’s) will share Biblical, intuitive, and effective principles of how to not only survive these years, but to thrive! And you won’t just have to take their word for it! Emily (formerly Herrington, now Taylor), their oldest daughter, will be joining them to ensure they are “shooting straight”.
During the weekend, you will discover: three keys to cultivating your teen’s deepest character; how to impart to your sons/daughters what it means to be a real man/woman; four exasperating parenting styles students hate—and how to stop practicing them!; and how to develop an age-appropriate discipline strategy.
Whether you are able to attend part or all of the weekend, please plan to attend! I guarantee the investment of time will be worth the effort. The cost is $25 for a couple, and $15 for a single. If finances are an issue, please let me know and we can work around it. My heart is that you are a part! Don’t miss out on what God has in store for you in our first annual Parent Weekend!
